Keith Edward Schemmer of Kingfisher, 66, died at home on Feb. 18, 2020. He was born in Kingfisher on June 8, 1953, to Frederick and Mary Jane (Mackey) Schemmer. He graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1971.

David Joseph Wittrock was born Aug. 31, 1954, in Oklahoma City to Herbert Joseph and Margie Lou (Yost) Wittrock. He passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, March 10, 2020, at the age of 65.

Memorial service for Leslie Ann Murray Wall, 69, Dover, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at Dover Christian Church officiated by Jimmy Berkenbile. Cremation arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey. Leslie was born in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Leta Mae (Buckner) Stitt was born Sept. 3, 1926, to John and Francis (Hawkins) Buckner in Dover. She passed away Saturday, March 7, in her home west of Dover at the age of 93. Leta Mae was the oldest of 10 siblings. She grew up in Dover and graduated from Dover School in 1945.

Funeral mass for Julia Suzanne “Julie” Kraus was Tuesday, March 10, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kingfisher with Father Francis Nguyen and Father Aaron Foshee officiating. Interment followed at the Kingfisher Cemetery Julie was born Aug.

Services for Naomi Alene Hixon Stinson, 92 will be at 1 p.m.Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at First United Methodist Church in Hennessey, officiated by Rev. P. J. Stewart. A private family interment will precede. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home. Naomi was born in Enid on Sept.

Claude “Gene” Guinn was born March 18,1948, in Lyons, Kan., to Nathan “Junior” and Geneva Guinn. He died Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was 71. Gene graduated from Hennessey High School in 1966 prior to attending Oklahoma State University.

Minnie Lynn (Groenewold) Moore, 92, died Feb. 23, 2020, in Stillwater. Her funeral service was 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, at the Highland Park Methodist Church in Stillwater with interment following at Kingfisher Cemetery. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation was entrusted with her arrangements.

Neva J. Mayes Varner, 83, of Tulsa, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa after a long battle with health issues. Neva was born Dec. 15, 1937, near Dover to Ed and Bertha Mayes. She attended Dover High School and was a graduate of the class of 1956.
