William “Frank” Farrar died unexpectedly Sept. 15, 2022, in Oklahoma City at the age of 87. Frank was born Oct. 2, 1934, in Guthrie, the son of Milton and Elizabeth Farrar. He graduated from Arcadia High School. Frank married Flora Belle Pyle on Oct. 5, 1956, in Guthrie.

Dale Timothy Barker, 74, of Kingfisher, passed away Sept. 17, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Tim was born Aug. 5, 1948, in Kingfisher to Dewey and Pat (Williamson) Barker.

On Sept. 14, 2022, Jim Sowards left this earth to be reunited with his daughter, Kelli, and those close friends and family who have gone before him.Jim and his wife of 57 years, Mary, built their life in Cashion, where they both attended school and were active in the community.

Edward Andrew Ruston, 62, of Ponca City, passed away Aug. 23, 2022, in Ponca City.Edward will be privately laid to rest at Kingfisher Cemetery. Edward was born Nov. 1, 1959, in Stratford to Arthur and Evelyn Ruston.He was an only child. Edward went to college to pursue a degree in journalism.
