James “Jim” Everett Clawson, 72, passed away Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.Jim was born Aug. 31, 1949, and was the youngest son of three children to Thomas Clawson and Ruby Christine (Petty) Clawson.He had one older brother, Thomas Jr.

Carolyn Sue Mulherin, 61, Kingfisher, passed away Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021.Services are 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at Kingfisher Church of the Nazarene and officiated by Dennis Baker.Burial will follow at Kingfisher Cemetery.

A memorial service for Sandra Patterson Niles, formerly of Kingfisher, is planned from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at the Kingfisher Golf Course clubhouse banquet room.The service is open to the public.Sandra was residing in Gladewater, Texas, before passing away Oct. 5, 2021, at the age of 78.

The funeral for Walter Carl Harris, 68, was Wednesday, Oct. 27, at First United Methodist Church in Hennessey officiated by Rev. P. J. Stewart. Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.Walter was born in Hennessey on Oct.

Tillman Floyd Dean Gray was born Nov. 3, 1941, to Harrison and Freda Gray.He passed away Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, at the age of 79.Floyd grew up and lived in Kingfisher his entire life.He married Joyce Jay Jones when they were both 16 years old.

Berdena Fay Moss Glenn was born Oct. 12, 1935, at Mountain View and went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021.Berdena was the daughter of Clyde and Revah Moss.In 1939, Berdena’s mother passed away in childbirth.

Tillie Fike, 93-year-old Woodward resident and former Kingfisher resident, passed away at her home Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, surrounded by her family.A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Woodward.

She displayed the perfect mixture of independence and self-sacrificing love.Odessa Moffat learned to stand on her own from a very young age. She was raised to be a woman of strength, never the victim.
