“President Biden” is planning to release his socalled guidelines on gun control, I find it ironic; all of a sudden, there’s so-called mass shootings. Then Biden starts calling for stricter regulations. It sure makes a person wonder if these shootings aren’t planned.

Thousands of unregistered ballots in Michigan

A constitutional attorney’s forensic audit of the 2020 election in Michigan found that more than 66,000 unregistered ballots were counted. The audit conducted by Matthew DePerno covered just 9 of Michigan’s 83 counties.

Kingfisher High School has named its Students of the Month for March 2021. Selected by the faculty and staff were freshman Libbie Barnett, sophomore Mayce Gibson, junior Ally Scammahorn and senior Rebecca Auringer.

More days, hours added to walking trail HPS dome

The walking trail on the second story of Hennessey Event Center (The Dome) will be available to patrons Monday-Friday and include morning, noon and evening hours, said Superintendent Dr. Mike Woods. New hours that went into effect Thursday are: Mondays: 6-8 a.m., 11:27 a.m.-12:20 p.m.

Two local blood drives planned later this month

Oklahoma Blood Institute and the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum are encouraging donors to give blood this spring. Individuals aged 16 and up are urged to give blood at one of these upcoming dates and locations: • April 14 at Pioneer Telephone Cooperative from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
