Contract awarded for county bridge repair

A bid for a bridge repair project in Kingfisher County was one of three in House Majority Leader Mike Sanders’ district to be approved at last Monday’s meeting of the Oklahoma Transportation Commission. The bridge and approaches on County Road EW-67 over Turkey Creek 2.5 miles west of the U.S.

KCREA donates to Santa’s Toyland

Kingfisher County Retired Educators gathered to make a donation to 2020 Santa’s Toyland. This is a countywide project for children ages 0-18. It was formerly sponsored by DHS, but was taken over last year by Kingfisher Community Collaborative (KCC). Accepting the donation was Brittney Hladik.
