Willie Javan Walls, 74, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020. He was born in Taft, Calif., on Feb. 11, 1946. He grew up in Bakersfield, Calif., before moving to Doniphan, Mo., to live with his grandmother Betty Lawson and uncle Gomer Lawson, helping on the farm.
