S.Q. 805: Vague, poorly worded

This question is so vague and poorly worded. Mostly I am concerned about battered women and children. This is a crime that does not go away without therapy. I do not believe that it will go away by just spending time in prison.

Janath Louise (Struck) Walls, 77, died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020. She was born in Oklahoma City to Bill and Mildred Struck. She attended Kingfisher High School before moving to Piedmont where she graduated. She owned and operated a beauty salon in Kingfisher, before later moving to El Paso, Texas.
