OSU announces spring honor rolls

A total of 9,399 students were named to the 2020 spring semester honor rolls at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, including 5,240 students named to the President’s Honor Roll for earning an A grade in all their courses.

Town-wide cleanup is underway in Hennessey

The Town of Hennessey’s annual townwide cleanup started Friday, June 5, and continues through Saturday, June 13. Free dumping is permitted at the transfer station on Cemetery Road when you present a recent water bill. That site is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Saturday. No tires will be accepted.

Hennessey’s new pool opening is June 15

The much-awaited opening of Hennessey’s $2.1 million aquatic center is set for Monday, June 15. Hours are noon to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday. Night swims will also be available from 7 to 9 p.m. each Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
