?? Jack Rund, 74, passed away on Feb. 7, 2019. Jack was born May 1, 1944, to Val and Marie Rund. He entered the military in August 1965 and was honorably discharged in 1967. He then began working for Coffey Brothers and continued working for them until his health declined.

Alleged fake cop arrested

Lomega judging teams place high at NW District competition

The Lomega senior FFA livestock judging team, pictured above, placed first recently at the Northwest District Livestock Judging contest in Enid.  Members of the team include Whitney Glazier, Dilon Fisher, Kelby Ott and Tate Ott.  Tate was fifth high individual and Fisher was 10th.

HHS Hall of Fame nominees sought by 2019 senior class

The deadline for nominations to the 2019 Hennessey High School Hall of Fame is March 1. Two will be selected for the honor by a committee of the graduating class. Online nomination forms are available at hps. k12.ok.us or may be picked up at the high school office.
