Read moreThe Flight defeated San Antonio Hoops Elite on Sunday to win the fourth grade girls MAYB Division II national championship at the Young Family Athletic Center in Norman. The Flight had two players from Kingfisher who contributed to the championship. Braylee Wittrock (back row, second from right) is the daughter of Brad and Starla Wittrock. Pressley Page (front row, #10) is the daughter of Brady and Lindsey Page. The Flight went 6-1 in the tournament. The lone loss was 26-23 to Hoops Elite in pool play before Flight avenged it in the championship. The team also beat Texas Heat 16-10 in the semifinals.
