KHS girls took on Marlow and Clinton in duals Thursday as well, though several of the matches were exhibition.

Against Clinton, Rylee Hamil grabbed a 7-4 victory.

Serenity Starr, Zoey Padilla, Delissa Evans and Mylene Jones all grabbed first-period wins.

Earlier in the week, the KHS girls took fourth in the Western Conference Tournament at Harrah.

KHS notched 67 points. Cache won the title with 193 while Harrah was runner-up with 179 and Tecumseh third with 71.

Cashion scored 22 points for seventh place.

Kingfisher’s junior high girls tied for third. They scored 65 points in the tournament and were just four points shy of runner- up Hinton.

Harrah won that team title with 222.

Crowned champions for KHS were Mylene Jones at 110 and Taygen Otey at 120.

Hamile was third at 125, Padilla third at 135 and Elizabeth Pickle third at 235.

Starr was fourth at 110. Among junior high girls, Emily Hamil won first at 89 pounds and Aislin Barnett was the 180-pound runner-up.

Delissa Evans took third at 138.

Roman Davis took third for Cashion at 170 pounds while Madison Lawther scored the team’s other seven points at 100.
