NextGen Under 30 awards two KHS grads
The 2024 NextGen Under 30 award recipients were recently announced and two Kingfisher High School graduates were among those selected for the honor.

Hennessey’s FOL Pumpkin Patch to open this Friday south of the library
More than 1,000 pumpkins will fill the grassy area next to the Hennessey Public Library Friday afternoon in time for 3:30-6 p.m. sales by members of the Friends of the Library.After Friday, the Pumpkin Patch will be open on Saturdays from noon-6 p.m. and Monday-Friday 3:30-6 p.m.
Ministerial Alliance to host prayer event this Saturday
An opportunity to unite as a community through pray and worship is the focus of this weekend’s “The Gathering” event at Newfi eld Park in Kingfisher.Those attending can participate in a prayer walk, worship and the sharing of God’s word together Saturday, Oct. 5, at 6 p.m.
