Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce will host its Easter Egg Hunt event this weekend.This year’s annual event will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8, between Kingfisher’s Heritage and Upper Elementary school buildings.

The Kingfisher County Health Department will hold a “Pool Operator Training” on Thursday, April 6.The training is from 1-4 p.m. at 421 W. Bowman Ave. in Kingfisher.Attendees will learn information related to safe pool operations.

Four Kingfisher County municipalities and Kingfisher County received larger sales tax checks in March than in March 2022, according to the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s monthly report.Hennessey, Cashion, Dover and Okarche all saw increases while Loyal and Kingfisher saw smaller checks.
