Kingfisher City-County Emergency Manager Steve Loftis reported at Monday’s meeting of Kingfisher County commissioners that several Okarche residents had reported a series of earthquakes.Loftis said lighter quakes began earlier but culminated in a 2.4 to 2.6 Richter scale event Sunday.

Superintendent David Glover received a vote of confidence from the Kingfisher Board of Education.A unanimous one.
