County opens waterline bids

Kingfisher County commissioners opened nine bids for water line replacement for Rural Water District No 3 at their weekly meeting Monday.Action on the bids was tabled to allow RWD3 officers and their engineer to analyze them before making a recommendation to approve or reject.
