Two people were injured Nov. 10 in a one-vehicle accident north of Kingfisher.Evander Yanito, 30, of Chickasha, and Nicole Gonzalez, 30, of Oklahoma City were both transported from the scene by Kingfisher EMS to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.Both were admitted in stable condition.

Two tracts of cropland north of State Highway 51 in Hennessey on U.S. Highway 81 were purchased at auction last Friday by Scott Hajek of Hennessey.The sale price was $670,000 for the two tracts that total 137.56-plus acres, according to Lippard Auctioneers’ website.

The Lomega 4-H Club recently won a bushel basket full of books for participating in the Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom “read an accurate ag book in the classroom” contest. The books were donated to the Lomega Elementary School library.
