William “Billy” Mitchell Turner, 76, went to be with his Lord on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, while surrounded by family. He was born Dec. 20, 1942, in Tulia, Texas, to Marvin and Johnnie (Stubblefield) Turner and was the youngest of five children.

Alfred J. Jech, 98, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019, in Kingfisher.   Alfred was born March 7, 1921, on the family farm east of Kingfisher to Wesley F. Jech and Marie L. (Soudek) Jech.

Billy Turner, 76, Kingfisher, longtime Dover resident, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2019. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at Dover Christian Church. Burial will be 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at Fairview Cemetery in Bronte, Texas.

Connie Lou Replogle, 66, Crescent, passed away Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, in Crescent. Connie was born July 21, 1953, in Kingfisher to Leo L. and Betty Jean (Hobza) Mize. Memorial services were Friday, Sept. 27, at CrossPointe Assembly of God in Crescent.

Oteka Pappe, Kingfisher, was born July 7, 1927, to J.E. and Florida Clemons Fanning in Wynnewood and died Sept. 25, 2019, at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher. She was 92. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Federated Church in Kingfisher officiated by Dennis Baker.

Wilfred E. “Bill” Rund died Sept. 25, 2019, at St. Katharine Drexel Retirement Center in El Reno.   A prayer service will be 7 p.m. Sunday and Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday, both services will be at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Okarche with Rev.

Dennis Allen Forbes was born Sept. 7, 1954, to Albert and Trula Jones Forbes in Kingfisher and passed on to Glory Sept. 21, 2019. He was 65. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at Kingfisher First United Methodist Church officiated by Pastor Patrick McPherson.

Shirley Ann (Baustert) Cicalese of Midwest City passed away in her home Sept. 7, 2019. She was born in the middle of a dust storm on Feb. 15, 1935 in Okarche to Nick and Gladys Baustert. She was the oldest daughter and big sister in a family of 14 children.

Jeannetta J. Kottwitz passed away Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, at Countrywood Assisted Living Center at the age of 79. Jeannetta was born May 30, 1940, in Kingfisher to Joseph and Joyce Ziegelgruber Ellyson.

On Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019, Lois Matti, loving wife of Junior Matti, passed away at the age of 89 at Cimarron Nursing Center. Lois was born Aug. 12, 1930, in Fay, and was raised in the Fay-Thomas communities.
