Iris Ann Marcum was born May 31, 1939, in Claremore and grew up in the small community of Sageeyah.She passed away Sept. 23, 2021, at the age of 82.Iris was the youngest of five children.She helped her family on the farm where they raised corn, wheat, cattle and pigs.

Nina Marie Blair was born March 3, 1960, on the U.S. Naval Base in Long Beach, Calif.Appropriately, she had a lifelong love for the number three. She passed away at her home in Kingfisher on Sept. 17, 2021.Mom was a passionate, devout Christian woman who knew the Bible back to front.

Graveside service for Michael Thomas Schoelen, formerly of Kingfisher, will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at Kingfisher Cemetery.Michael was born Aug. 14, 1957, in Kingfisher and died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021.The public is invited to attend the service.

Glenda Forbes, 64, Kingfisher, went to be with the love of her life on Sept. 11, 2021.Glenda married Dennis Forbes in March 1987.She loved life and her family.No matter what life threw her way, she faced it with a smile. She was a strong and independent woman.

Mickey Lynn Zachgo went to be with the Lord on Sept. 11, 2021, at the age of 65 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.Mickey was born March 23, 1956, in Guthrie.He worked in the oilfield most of his life, but his real joy was working as a mechanic on classic cars.

Dillon Chase Jung was born June 5, 1991, in Kingfisher to Kenneth (Andy) and Sandra Jones Jung. He passed suddenly and most unexpectedly on Sept. 5, 2021, in Elk City to be with his loving Lord and Savior.

Norma Jean Gehringer passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Sept. 8, 2021, at the age of 87 in Kingfisher.Norma was born Jan. 29, 1934, in Maud to Oscar and Lorene (Jones) Wakely. She grew up in Maud and attended school there.She married Murray Gehringer on Sept. 2, 1955.
