Kathleen Virginia Vogt died April 14, 2021, surrounded by family in her home in Okarche. A prayer service was held Friday, April 16, and Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Cory Stanley officiating.

Kathleen Virginia Vogt died April 14, 2021, at her home in Okarche. A prayer service was 7 p.m. Friday, April 16, and Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 17. Both services will be at Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Cory Stanley officiating.

Tom D. Hughes, 80, a resident of Wheaton, Ill., passed away April 6, 2021. He was born Feb. 12, 1941, in Kingfisher to Frank and Lola Hughes. Tom was a native of the Kingfisher area where his family raised wheat and cattle on their Centennial Farm.

Lillian JoAnn Duncan went to be with her Lord on April 7, 2021. She was born March 20, 1933, at Mountain View. She married Arlo Duncan, the love of her life, on May 29, 1948. To this union were born three children: Arlo Keith, Patricia Ann and Philip Wayne.

Betty ZumMallen was born Sept. 19, 1930, in Little Rock, Ark., and passed away March 30, 2021, in Oklahoma City. She was a graduate of Oklahoma A&M (now OSU). Betty married LeRoy ZumMallen on April 12, 1958. She was a homemaker, but also helped out on the dairy farm they owned.

Laura Ann (Fowlkes) Ingram was born to John and Laura Fowlkes on Sept. 25, 1936, in Lelia Lake, Texas. She passed away March 31, 2021, in Kingfisher at the age of 84. Laura, her older brother Earl, and her younger sister Margaret were all born in the same farm house.

Kenneth Clifford Murray, known as “Murph” to friends, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021, surrounded by family at his home in Kingfisher. He was 75 years old. Graveside services are set for 2 p.m.

Candace Lee Johnson, 67, of Kingfisher, died March 28, 2021. She was born Aug. 21, 1953, to Verdean George and Elsie Ann (Oppel) Johnson. Candace graduated from Big 4 Elementary and Cashion High School. She attended Draughon’s Business School in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services for Betty ZumMallen will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Okarche. Burial will follow in the St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. Come and go viewing will be held at Wilson Funeral Home (1612 S. Main, Kingfisher) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 5.

Graveside services for Laura Ingram will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 5, at Kingfisher Cemetery with pastor Scott Watkins officiating. Come and go viewing will be held at Wilson Funeral Home (1612 S. Main, Kingfisher) Sunday, March 4, from 1-6 p.m.
