One of the talking points of the pro-S.Q. 802 crowd is that expanding Medicaid and obtaining the federal money offered to join the Obamacare program will create an economic boom in the state. That is delusional. Call it fake news if you like.

Good karma is a sticky business

While in the drivethrough line at the Chickfil-A I kept time on the steering wheel to the music with my credit card. Then suddenly the card went flying. It wasn’t in my lap. Not on the other seat, or on the floorboards. I felt between the seats. Ew-w-w-w! Crumbs. Something sticky.

I admit I’ve never run cattle where it snows. If that makes me any less of a man in your eyes then so be it. But I have compensated for my deficiencies in extremely cold weather by ranching s in places where it NEVER rained. Still, I was fascinated by a study I read about cows eating snow.

President Trump is proposing a one-year jail term for flag burners. It would get these idiots out of society for a year; it’s hard to fix stupid or hate; he’s also proposing a ten-year prison term for those that destroy our monuments, symbols of our freedoms. It might be a good idea.
