Charles Edward Webster was born Nov. 7, 1927, to Charley and Josephine Webster in Dover and passed away May 11, 2020, in Oklahoma City. Charles married the love of his life, Wanda Huff, on Oct. 17, 1950, and together they had two children.

Michael Jacobs

Michael Dennis Jacobs was born May 5, 1944, in Long Beach, Calif., to Clifford and Dorothy Jacobs. On Sunday, April 26, at 4:20 p.m., just a few days before his 76th birthday, he passed with his family at his side. Mike enlisted in the Navy in 1962. He worked at the old broom handle factory.
