Jeannetta J. Kottwitz passed away Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, at Countrywood Assisted Living Center at the age of 79. Jeannetta was born May 30, 1940, in Kingfisher to Joseph and Joyce Ziegelgruber Ellyson.

2021 target date for Lomega’s new look

The entire student body, staff, school board and more were on hand last Thursday morning at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Lomega High School. The new facility is being constructed just south of the current high school in Omega. The current school was built in the 1960s.
