OBI plans 2 local blood drives next week

Oklahoma Blood Institute has two blood drives planned next week in Kingfisher County. Scheduled are drives at: • Lomega High School, Monday, April 8, from 2:30-6 p.m., and, • Chesapeake in Kingfisher, Thursday, April 11, noon-4 p.m.

Kingfisher Community Fund accepting grant applications

The Kingfisher Community Fund (KCF) is currently accepting grant applications from Kingfisher nonprofit agencies serving residents within the Kingfisher community, with an acceptance deadline of April 10. KCF seeks to fund projects that enhance the quality of life in Kingfisher.
