A week in 1998 shaped his lifetime

It was 1998.With his junior year at Kingfi sher High School behind him, it was just another summer camp for Jared Harrison.At first it was about the friends he made at that summer camp - American Legion Oklahoma Boys State.Then he began to realize it was much more.Soon it became his passion.

P&Z board approves updated request

A planned retail development that was once rejected by Kingfi sher’s planning and zoning board received approval from that entity last week.Board members voted 4-1 last Thursday to approve a request to rezone the lots at 1000 S. Main St. to C-4 commercial.

GOOD FISHING
