Hennessey’s town trustees could appoint a trustee to replace resigned Mayor Clif Vogt during their monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Town Hall.Acting Mayor Harold Shaw told the Times & Free Press via text Thursday evening he’d have that item placed on this month’s agenda.

Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce celebrated new ownership in town Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony at the 33 Express. The convenience store is located at the corner of State Highway 33 and 13th Street in Kingfisher.
