The man accused of a stabbing death was charged Tuesday in Kingfisher County District Court.Jorge Maradiaga-Cruz, 37, was charged with first degree murder in the death of Ruben Jau. Both men are listed from Dover.Maradiaga-Cruz pleaded not guilty during a court appearance on Thursday.

An altercation in Dover Friday night left one man dead and another arrested on manslaughter charges.Pronounced dead inside a home was Ruben Jau of Dover. Arrested later that night was Jorge Maradiago Cruz, 37, who is being held at the Kingfisher County Criminal Justice Center.
