The 53rd Ellyson family reunion was held Sunday, July 9, at the Elks Lodge in Kingfisher.Hosting this year’s reunion were the Earnest and Joe Ellyson families.The reunion opened with prayer and also included a meal, a family history trivia game, pictures and visiting.

Hennessey’s 14th annual Back to School Bash will be held Sunday, July 30, and planners are asking for donations to be able to offer free school supplies to Hennessey Public Schools students.
