Candidates wanting to run for one of the two open seats on the Hennessey Board of Trustees and Utilities Authority must file at the Kingfisher County Election Board at the County Courthouse, 101 S. Main St.

Filing is from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, through Wednesday, Aug. 26.

The special election for those seats will be Tues-day, Nov. 3.

Both seats are for two years and those terms will expire in April 2029.
