Lance Yost willed his team to victory Tuesday in its return from the holiday break.Lomega outscored Okeene by 9 in the fourth quarter to earn a 48-43 come-from-behind win at home.Down 6 at the half and 4 after three quarters, the Raiders closed out with a 17-8 run to win their fourth straight.

Cashion delivers conference sweep

Cashion put up its best offensive performance of the season in preparation for the conference tournament.The Wildcats ran visiting Oklahoma Bible Academy out of the gym Tuesday in a 96-35 victory.The win was Cashion’s third straight as it improved to 6-3 overall.

Casady no match for Lady Jackets

The Kingfisher girls basketball team has light work this week and on Tuesday made light work of its only foe.The Lady Jackets downed visiting Casady 48-28 on Tuesday at the APB.

Teams prepping for first tournament week of January

This is the start of a hectic month for basketball teams across the state and Kingfisher County is no exception.The end of this week will see every county team playing in a tournament in the first of two big tournament weeks this month.

Cashion returns to court, sweeps Luther

Cashion got a head start on the rest of Kingfisher County in returning to the basketball court.The Lady Wildcats and Wildcats swept Luther in a home double-header on Saturday.
